Planning and Schedule Engineer:
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assistance to the Chief Planning Engineer.
• Supervision and follow-up of the construction progress.
• Monitor actual construction progress against the agreed program.
• Follow-up to the time schedule for implementation.
• Follow-up and monitoring contracts, budgets and cash flows.
• Conduct the necessary analysis to determine the causes of deviations from the time schedule.
• Follow-up variation orders and their impact on the time schedule.
• Follow-up and monitoring the progress of the project.
• Assistance in establishing standard contract management input screens and data handling formats.
• Run Project Cost/progress control concept.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum years of experience of not less than 10 years including 5 years at least in the project management, planning and scheduling
• Literate in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Primavera 6.
Reporting and Documentation Engineer:
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assistance to the Chief Planning Engineer.
• Supervision of the construction progress.
• Preparation of progress and control reports of the project.
• Drafting minutes of meetings.
• Regular maintaining of the indexing, filing, storage of quality assurance records and information.
• Assistance in establishing standard contract management input screens and data handling formats.
• Confirm standard progress record formats for construction activities, and establish the corresponding data input graphs.
• Collect progress records and information from the responsible project team members.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum Years of experience of not less than 10 years including 5 years in reporting and documentation.
• Literate in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Contracts Engineer:
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assistance to the Chief Contracts Engineer.
• Follow up the implementation of the contractual obligations.
• Monitoring and early warning of any compensatory claims or variations.
• Review and follow up of payments.
• Monitoring, follow-up and settlement of claims
• Follow up and monitoring project cost , cash flow and budget.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized university Preferably holds a higher Diploma or Master of Projects/ Contract Management.
• Years of experience of not less than 10 years including 7 years at least in the management of contracts in mega complex, projects.
• Literate in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Junior Contracts Engineer:
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assistance to the Chief Contracts Engineer.
• Follow up the implementation of the contractual obligations.
• Monitoring and early warning of any compensatory claims or variations.
• Review and follow up of payments.
• Monitoring, follow-up and settlement of claims
• Follow up and monitoring project cost, cash flow and budget.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Years of experience of not less than 3 years in construction contracts (FIDIC).
Junior Schedule Engineer:
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assistance to the chief engineer.
• Follow-up and monitoring the progress of the project business.
• Collect information on progress of the work and compare to the agreed time Schedule.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Years of experience of not less than 3 years in planning and the use of (Primavera 6)
Quantity Surveyor:
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Verification of monthly quantities of concrete.
• Verification on monthly quantities of steel rebars
• Verification of monthly quantities of water stops
• Verification of monthly applied types and quantities of form work.
• Joint survey for Concrete Works.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• years of experience of not less than 3 years in quantities calculations, and prefer able have knowledge of earth works and reinforcement concretes quantities calculations.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
